Rep. Sally Kern's Morality Crusade had its big day at the state Capitol. ACLU staff and friends were on hand to protest this violation of the separation of church and state.
The ACLU of Oklahoma and other civic organizations are troubled by Representative Sally Kern's "Oklahoma Citizen's Proclamation for Morality," which will be signed by Kern and others in a public ceremony to be held at noon July 2, on the first floor of the State Capitol.

I attended the committee meeting on HB 1595, the Statistical Reporting on Abortion bill. This bill would require doctors to ask a series of invasive questions that would then be uploaded to the Internet. This bill also prevents gender-selection abortion.
