Sara Jane DelMonte is the Development Director at the ACLU of Oklahoma, where she is charged with generating transformational gifts to support the ACLU of Oklahoma’s current and future strategic goals.
Sara Jane believes communities are strengthened by supporting others to remove barriers and through building respectful relationships. She brings with her 20+ years of experience in the nonprofit sector - merging creativity, integrity, and authenticity in her personal leadership style.
Outside of her experience in resource development, Sara Jane’s career spans working in corporate social responsibility, ethical nonprofit leadership & capacity building, and social justice.
She earned her Master’s Degree in Family and Child Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma. Sara Jane also has her Certificate in Fundraising Management (CFRM) from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
Sara Jane has a passion for supporting Oklahoma’s grass roots movements and is proud to call Oklahoma City her home. In her spare time, she unabashedly enjoys recreational sleeping, preferably in a hammock.
