Civil rights groups challenged Oklahoma’s HB 4156, a far-reaching, harmful new law that would create a state system to regulate immigration that completely bypasses and conflicts with federal law.
Provides that offenders under the age of 18-years are not to receive sentences of longer than 20 years, or be subject to imprisonment terms of life without the possibility of parole.
